Desktop support requests will attach redacted app, Photoshop, bridge, job, license, provider, and local update diagnostics.

Support can diagnose bridge and generation issues without asking customers to manually collect logs.

Model OTA updates

New AI models, price corrections, provider pauses, and emergency toggles can reach active desktop installs without forcing a binary app update.

Desktop config API and admin editor

Add the desktop config endpoint, Firebase-backed config records, admin editing UI, and a stale-config signal for connected desktop apps.

Provider and model changes can be tested, reviewed, and rolled out from the dashboard instead of through a desktop rebuild.

Automatic app update installation

Complete the app OTA flow by adding in-app installer handoff after the existing update feed detects a newer desktop build.
