Privacy Policy
This policy summarizes the data AI Studio needs for accounts, credits, API keys, usage history, and support.
Data we collect
We store account identifiers, email addresses, credit balances, API key metadata, employee key labels, usage records, provider cost records, and admin audit events.
API keys
Raw API keys are only shown at creation time. We store hashed key material plus key metadata such as labels, limits, allowed models, status, and usage timestamps.
Desktop licensing
The desktop app sends license validation events with installation identifiers, app version, platform, Photoshop version, provider-key fingerprints, and network metadata such as IP-derived request data and user agent for abuse prevention and support.
Generation data
Prompts, selected models, generation status, generated output URLs, reference counts, and billing details may be stored for usage history, support, refunds, and abuse prevention.
Analytics and diagnostics
We use first-party analytics records, PostHog, and Sentry to understand product usage, conversion funnels, performance, crashes, and errors. Prompt text is only forwarded to third-party analytics when detailed desktop analytics is enabled under the current consent version. Raw prompts are not sent to Sentry.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details. We store checkout metadata, package information, credit amounts, and payment status needed to credit accounts and prevent duplicate processing.
Service providers
Requests may be sent to selected AI providers such as Replicate, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and Black Forest Labs according to the model/provider used.
Retention and deletion
Operational records are retained as needed for billing, audit, support, legal, and abuse-prevention purposes. Contact support for account data requests.
