Terms of Service

These terms are a practical placeholder for launch preparation and should be reviewed by counsel before public release.

Service

Photoshop Kung-Fu provides AI image workflows, credit billing, account dashboards, and API key access for Photoshop-related generation and editing workflows.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, API keys, and employee keys. Activity from your API keys is billed to the parent account.

Credits

Credits are used for successful AI results or provider jobs that have been accepted and require reconciliation. Failed jobs may be refunded automatically or by admin review.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, abuse, credential sharing outside your organization, or activity that violates provider policies.

Availability

AI providers, model availability, pricing, and output behavior can change. We may update models, pricing, and limits to keep the service stable.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs and confirming you have the rights needed for your intended use.
