Terms of Service
These terms govern AI Studio subscriptions, credits, beta access, and software use.
Service and beta status
AI Studio provides web, desktop, and Photoshop integration software for AI-assisted image workflows. Beta features may change, contain defects, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a service level unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login, API keys, and installation access. You are responsible for activity through credentials assigned to you or your organization. You may not share access outside the authorized account or organization.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless the law requires otherwise.
Credits
Credits are prepaid units used for eligible AI Studio processing. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be subject to the validity and plan rules shown when purchased. A completed or provider-billed result may consume credits. Failed work is handled under the Refund Policy.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory withdrawal and cancellation rights under the law applicable to you remain unaffected. Where you ask us to begin supplying digital services or digital content immediately, you expressly request performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once the legal requirements for full performance or delivery are met.
Acceptable use
Do not use AI Studio for unlawful content, infringement, abuse, attacks, unauthorized access, credential resale, service disruption, or activity that violates an AI provider’s applicable rules. You may not manipulate billing, credit accounting, rate limits, license validation, or security controls.
Your content and outputs
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant us and the selected service providers the rights needed to process that content and return results. You are responsible for confirming that you may submit the content and that outputs are suitable and lawful for your intended use. AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other material, or unsuitable.
Third-party services
AI Studio depends on Stripe, hosting, analytics, email, and selected AI providers. Their availability and model behavior can change. Provider outages or policy changes may affect individual workflows.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where mandatory law requires it. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory consumer rights and product-liability rules remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms for future use when the service, law, or security requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. We may suspend access for material breach, fraud, security risk, or non-payment, subject to mandatory law.
Governing law and disputes
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections of your country of residence. Statutory courts and consumer jurisdiction rules apply.
